Refund & Return Policy
At TrendyQue, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every watch we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with all tags, warranty cards, and accessories included
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, resized, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at TRENDYQUE1@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Watches
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email TRENDYQUE1@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability. Please contact us at TRENDYQUE1@GMAIL.COM to check availability before initiating an exchange.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watch straps or accessories that have been used
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
